1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through DevStore at store.freddydeveloper.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not proceed with a purchase.

These terms apply to all services offered by FreddyDeveloper, including but not limited to Chrome extension development, Android and iOS applications, WordPress plugins, Python scripts, game development, and cybersecurity assessments.

2. Services Description

All services listed on DevStore are custom software development services. Prices shown are starting prices — the final cost may vary depending on the complexity and scope of your specific project, which will be agreed upon before work begins.

Prices listed are starting prices. The final quote is confirmed after reviewing your project requirements submitted at checkout.

FreddyDeveloper reserves the right to decline any project that is illegal, unethical, or outside our area of expertise. In such cases, any funds held in escrow will be returned in full.

3. Payment & Escrow

All payments are processed through Escrow.com, a licensed and regulated payment platform. This protects both the buyer and the seller:

Escrow.com charges a service fee per transaction. This fee is separate from the development cost and is governed by Escrow.com's fee schedule.

4. Delivery & Milestones

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after reviewing your project requirements. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revision requests, and your responsiveness in providing feedback or required assets.

For larger projects, work may be broken into milestones with partial escrow releases agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Inspection Period

Upon delivery, you have a 3-day inspection period to review the work and either approve it or request changes. If no action is taken within the inspection period, Escrow.com will automatically release the funds.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment release through Escrow.com, all intellectual property rights for the custom-developed software are transferred to you, the client. This includes full source code ownership.

FreddyDeveloper retains the right to list the project in a portfolio (without sharing proprietary business logic or confidential data) unless a written NDA is agreed upon before project commencement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source components used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions to ensure the deliverable meets the agreed-upon specifications. Revisions are defined as adjustments within the original project scope.

Requests for features or changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately and require a new escrow transaction or an agreed amendment to the existing one.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreddyDeveloper's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.

It is the client's responsibility to test the delivered software in their own environment before deploying to production. FreddyDeveloper is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting environments, or changes made by the client after delivery.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project before completion. In such cases, the Escrow.com dispute resolution process governs the distribution of funds based on the work completed at the time of termination.

FreddyDeveloper reserves the right to terminate a project immediately and return all escrowed funds if the client is found to be requesting illegal, harmful, or unethical software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international commerce laws. For payment disputes, the terms and dispute resolution procedures of Escrow.com take precedence.

Any disputes not resolved through Escrow.com's process shall be settled through binding arbitration.
